Advanced Spravato® Therapy
for Treatment-Resistant Depression
If traditional antidepressants haven't worked, Spravato® (esketamine) may offer the relief you've been searching for. QuCiL Health™ is a REMS-certified Spravato® treatment center in Katy, Texas — providing rapid, FDA-approved therapy in a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment.
Understanding Spravato® (Esketamine)
A breakthrough FDA-approved nasal spray that works differently than traditional antidepressants.
Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray used to treat Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) in adults and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or behavior.
Unlike conventional antidepressants that target serotonin, norepinephrine, or dopamine, Spravato® works on NMDA receptors in the brain — a completely different mechanism that can deliver relief within 24 hours instead of weeks.
Because Spravato® can cause dissociation and sedation, it must be administered in a certified treatment center (like QuCiL Health™) under the supervision of a REMS-certified provider. Each session includes a two-hour observation period for your safety.
